Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, free of pet hair/dander, and in its original packaging.
Important Hygiene Note: For the health and safety of all pets, items that have been in direct contact with animals cannot be returned once used.
Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@petitpets.shop. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
⚠️ CRITICAL: Do NOT return the package to the address on the shipping label (Return to Sender). Those addresses are international transit hubs, and your package will be destroyed. We cannot issue refunds for items returned without prior authorization or sent to the wrong facility.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos. We will immediately arrange a free replacement to ensure your companion’s comfort is not delayed.
