Will I receive a design proof before production?
You may choose a proof approval option before checkout. If selected, we’ll send you a preview via email for your approval before printing begins.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are individually made to order and typically take 1–3 business days to process. We ship worldwide, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
My photo isn’t perfect. Can I still order?
Yes. Every blanket is individually reviewed by our design team. We carefully adjust each image to achieve the best possible result before production.
Can personalized blankets be returned?
Because each blanket is custom-made specifically for you, personalized orders cannot usually be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a production defect or an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help find a solution.
